We will delve into the universe of 'sabores y saberes' (flavors and knowledges), a set of movement practices that investigate the senses, somatics, presence and listening, and that take meditation as a reference and inspiration.

These practices, based on improvisation, are articulated through questions (How to s a v o r a dance? How to rest in the knowledge of the body?) as well as binomials where two aspects feed back symbiotically, generating a dynamic and fertile dialogue. Sensation-form, movement-stillness, action-perception, focus-flow, inside-outside...

The hybrid laboratory-workshop format captures the moment where I find myself in the research: on the one hand, I will share tools of improvisation, creation and reflection that have been macerating for some time and that have already been applied in different contexts; at the same time we will experiment and test from other angles, focuses and nuances, deploying the materials and questions according to the interests and curiosity of the group. The intention is to offer a space where we can investigate together, from the word, thought, body and movement, around questions that speak to us about life itself, about our way of inhabiting our own body, of relating to the flow of thoughts, and of linking ourselves with each other.

Aimed at people interested in movement, improvisation and creation. Open to people without previous experience and from other disciplines.
