The Body in Dialogue is a set of classes that open the body and prepare it for a varied and rich dance in dialogue with oneself, others, music and space.
Through exploration tasks, improvisations and guided proposals we will work on different anatomical relationships of our body, opening up perceptual and motor capacities to find a body that is available and open to enter into dialogue with the rest of the participants.
We will start from curiosity, the exploration of our own body and relationships with others, we will awaken our creativity, sensitivity and listening, offering a safe and non-judgmental environment.
We will understand dance as one of the ways to communicate with ourselves and with others. Through dance and movement we enter into relationships, we open ourselves to subtle but precise listening, we enter into coordination and dialogue with the environment in a more intuitive way. Through work and body awareness we will rediscover and reactivate playful energy, spontaneity, curiosity, creativity and the pleasure of moving.

As a teacher she gives great importance to the expressive possibilities of each student, to the personal exploration within the proposed pattern, the importance of trying, experimenting, daring and investigating the possibilities of one's own body, while seeking and emphasizing the demand for the precision of the pattern. She always gives time to reflection and sharing experience in order to expand possible approaches to the pattern.
Since 2010, together with Nina Jan, she has co-directed KUD NUM, a multidisciplinary artistic collective and production company based in Škofja Loka, Slovenia, and since 2019 she has been part of the La Visiva team, a residency space in Barcelona, where together with Anna Rubirola and Mireia de Querol she manages different activities related to creation and movement.
